Chef Susie

… studied cooking in Paris France and Italy, and most recently is currently doing chef nights in town.  Knowing Susie was just by word of mouth for the past 20 years, from her chef table nights at her home 30 minutes south of the city.  

Her cooking is mixed with different local ingredients, colorful flowery decorated plates, a definite distinct French flair..  A maximum seating of 14, Susie likes to keep her groups small yet cozy; a place for people to be casual and yet just enjoy good food.  

Her new restaurant DU doesn’t advertise the chef table nights, but one can be book by contacting the restaurant directly.
