All talent! Chef Joe Napol from the Michelin restaurant 80/20, has designed the menu for Spice Garden. A self taught chef who learned much of his recipes from his Mom, explains his goals is to use the local ingredients mixing together to get a variety of flavors per dish. Some notables, the buffalo larb and the algae duck – both Master talented dishes. Incredibly excellent!
