Fuji Kittitach Krajangkaew

Fuji, as everyone knows him by, is the owner and Chef of Rosy Cheeks restaurant, gained immediate recognition for creating picturesque quality tasting dishes at fractional pricing.  His later claim to fame was the ice cream salad, an unimaginable creation and surprising find in the back roads of the Chiang Mai university dormitory residential area.  Fuji is also best known and a familiar face of the Philippines cooking channel, demonstrating and narrating talented dishes that one can easily cook on there own at home.  A well deserving figure in the Chiang Mai Chefs Circle ( CCC ).  Rosy Cheeks Restaurant.
