French cooking techniques are combined with Thai wisdom, a dash of modern gastronomy and ingredients from the Royal Project farms and local producers to design exciting dishes with our own signature style.

THE CHEF
Chef Nan, Leelawat Mankongtiphan invites you to his flavorful garden bloomed with creativities. His artworks on the plates recreate the beauty of nature. He harvests French cooking techniques to combine with Thai wisdom, and adds a dash of modern gastronomy to create his own signature. He sources quality ingredients to design exciting dishes. His menus tell a story of Cuisine de Garden and groomed his culinary experiences.

Be amused and design your own Cuisine de Garden experience. Discover the nature inspired journey that consists of 12 course. The journey gets even more delightful with the accompanying surprise bites.

Booking in advance is required. Please note that we reserved maximun 6 seats per table only and limited 15 seats per day.

Our intimate 20-seat restaurant located just after Nong Khwai Market in Chiang Mai, is secluded from the outside world with beautiful high walls, and once inside, diners are cocooned in a sleek modernist space of rough-hewn wooden ceiling beams, grey concrete floors and white walls – truly a secret garden oasis in an ever-growing city.
