Probably one of the most undiscovered talented Chefs in town,  Chef Roman learned about cooking at Michelin 1 and 2 star restaurants and hotels throughout England and Germany.

Best known for his world class pastries he’s recently began serving brilliantly crafted lunch dishes (5) as well.  The obvious question, “ why don’t you open a fine dining restaurant versus their current tea shop theme“? To which Kate, his wife and partner explains they’re currently on the lookout for a new location that would facilitate a fine dining venue accommodating with a well needed liquor license too.
