Chef Nan (Leelawat Mankongtiphan)

… is a self taught Michelin recognized Chef in Hang Dong,  who later attended cooking school in Thailand.  He’s known for competing in Asian cooking competitions and admirably is recognized for his carefully crafted 9-12 course dinners.  Using only local ingredients,  Chef Nan masterfully combines unique flavors with chic presentations to achieve a culinary legend; a cooking delight.  Having read almost every cook book ever written since the invention of paper, makes Chef Nan a special treat and experience that places Chiang Mai firmly on the map.  Cuisine de Garden.
