… self taught herself about Northern Thailand cooking, and has creatively given her special touch to the known recipes.  Janet has captured the distinct flavors from the north Thailand area and has managed to combine them creating rich and very flavorful dishes.  Her signature dish is the Seabass with cardamom.  A herb located from the northern Thailand area, has an unique and flowery type aroma that Janet says makes for a colorful taste and a memorable dish.  101 House ( CCC
