Chef Dan

From Brunei, Chef Dan has proven his creative talents with smoke filled plates and extraordinary ambitious thai fusion plating.  Recently and well deserving, they were honored by Michelin as one of the top restaurants in town.  Between chef Dan and his lovely wife and partner Pim, they spend a great deal of time on education and research, making for the most optimal dining experience.
