The Wild Hog Saloon is a local Pub and Restaurant located just 12 minutes from the center of Chiang Mai in the Pa Daet/ Mai Hia area. Catering as a local Pub to the expats living in the area but most famous for having the ABSOLUTE Best Burgers in Chiang Mai and people travel from all over Chiang Mai (and even Lampang) just for a Wild Hog Burger. At the time of writing the Wild Hog Saloon is the reigning and defending Burger Champion of Chiang Mai according to the membership of one of Chiang Mai’s largest facebook food groups.

Chiang Mai Eats holds a yearly competition where their membership (over 10,000 members) vote on their favorite types of foods and which restaurant offer the best of the best in that food group. Wild Hog in it first ever year in business WON the prestigious CHIANG MAI EATS BURGER CHAMPION title knocking off Beast Burger a 2 time defending Champion and denying them a 3 years winning streak. Beast Burger is still one of the most popular Burger places in Chiang Mai and came in a very close second. Beast Burger is located on Soi 11 Nimanhamein the opposite side of town to the Wild Hog Saloon.
