…. quickly discovered his passion for cooking during his teen years cooking for his family in Italy. Later he went on to culinary school for three (3) years in Italy, and finally securing work with many Michelin Star restaurants in Italy, Spain, France, Japan and Thailand. Notably opening the Sukhothai La Scala in Bangkok.
Chef Angelo says it’s his passion to cook great food where people feel comfortable and enjoy themselves, leaving with an everlasting memory. He goes on to say that his homemade Risotto is the “must try”; moreover, his fresh Risotto is nothing like dry pasta, they don’t compare.
