Chef Neif

… is the owner and Chef of Rustic & Blues and Greensmoke.  Neif quickly chiseled his name in stone by talently creating the 12 hour smoked logan wood beef cheek tacos in Hang Dong. Like a tsunami wave of exciting news, it seemed that everyone was talking about the latest greatest holy grail of tacos in Thailand. I simply asked Chef Neif “ why tacos”?   He quickly replied it’s something new and unfamiliar to the local thai people in the area, which quickly spread to everyone outside the area too, driving hours to experience what got quickly dubbed truly as the holy grail of all tacos.
