Playing on the Italian word for onion, Sipolle is a well-established restaurant, known for its impressive and consistently high standards of Italian food cooked up by Chef Dan. With over 20 years’ experience in the West, Chef Dan came back to his hometown to bring some of the best flavours of Europe right to our doorstep.
Chef Dan believes that the best food can only be made with the best ingredients and to this end, expect only the best imported cuts of beef and lamb as well as the freshest lobster and fish.
For this steaky issue, Sipolle has presented to us their incredible, enormous, full flavoured Wagyu tomahawk steak. The one pictured is close to a kilo in weight and is perfect for sharing or eating alone if your stomach is big enough! Sold at a set price per 100g, you can pick and choose how big and how well your steak is cooked before paring it with whatever sides or mains you see fit. We recommend the grilled sea bass steak, a special not on the regular menu made from French sea bass imported fresh every week – though once it’s gone it’s gone. But if you are a steak lover, it doesn’t get more heavenly than this chunk of prime beef.
