Three Chefs! Maerim
Opened 4 months ago, the chefs all went to cooking school together in Bangkok and also worked at the Four Seasons together too.
The name was derived from their names ( Nam, Ness and Nott ) and had the sound of “ entry” ; hence, N Three.
Having such a diverse background at such young ages, they’d like to be recognized as a place with everything being homemade and good quality.
My tenderloin was very tender with a balanced wine type sauce, and also was one of the featured items on the menu. Excellent!
On a side note, it seems Mae Rim is quickly becoming quite the little gourmet area with over 5 note worthy type spots, and many more to check out.
