Chef Alvin Dela Cruz renowned for his mastery in blending Asian flavors with contemporary techniques, Chef Alvin Dela Cruz is now bringing his unique culinary passion to the Four Seasons. With a focus on fresh, local ingredients and impressive flavors, his ribs was a definite proud moment along with his tomahawk steak too both cooked with the distinctly tasting Logan wood.
