Chef Philip Pålsmark

    Owner and chef of Norden restaurant , Philip is from Sweden and learned about cooking while working alongside Wolfgang Puck in America.  A quality western menu, Philip has managed to appeal to a broad clientele base with difficult to find dishes like black cod, halibut, and beef cheeks, but most famously and awarded for the best ribs in town/ members favorite.  As Philip describes them, “ fall off the bone “ delicious.
