The newest member to the city, Chef James has masterfully created a story / experience to his restaurant. Serving a 9 course white menu with ingredients from his 500 Rai farm, James prides himself on only using organic and locally grown ingredients; moreover, finds that chicken and pork seem to be the main staples of the area, and in turn strives to bring more unique meats, example rabbit and pheasant to the dinner table too.
Adding experience and excitement James very cleverly incorporates children books with an inserted menu, enabling kids and adults to enjoy a story with artful pictures during any lulls when waiting for the next course to arrive at the table. Waiting for May restaurant (CCC).
