Chef Black

…. studying Civil engineering in school,  Chef Black discovered his true passion was cooking from a very young age.  Later going on to culinary school in Japan and Bangkok, and after receiving multiple culinary distinctions and awards, he wanted to create a casual place for friends to just go and enjoy great food.

Known for his nine (9) course white menu, Chef Black says he likes to rotate his menu every couple of months pending on seasonal meats and fish; additionally, he likes to add his signature touch with his homemade sauces making for the perfect dining experience.  Blackitch Artisan Kitchen (CCC)
