French excellent!
No menu, the chef/ owner shops daily for what ever looks good that day. I thought this was way way under valued, 495b includes the spectacular French dessert.
The place is a 18 room boutique hotel, built 2 years ago, 1400b/nt. With a super clean kitchen with glass windows to watch the chef busy at work.
For the value and amount of work, the food was all excellent. The chef is French, and worked at a 5 star hotel in Switzerland and various Swiss restaurants too.
Throughout the evening the Chef would come out to every table and explain the ingredients and to talk about how each dish was individually prepared.
Currently, Trip Advisor has them marked as the number 1 restaurant in town.
Loved it!
