A Few Words About

Our Team

We've spent the past nine (9) years on the hunt for the nicest restaurants in town. A journey of magnificent Chefs, one of a kind ambiances and meeting a whole bunch of wonderful and talented people. Our backgrounds come from a long history of dining out but also as accomplished cooks as well specializing in the Lobster Thermidor dish and the best lemonade, a recipe handed down over generations.
Perhaps the one gleaming passion for the restaurant scene is the benefit of first starting out working as a busboy while attending school picking up dirty dishes. And then later getting promoted to Assistant waiter, and eventually Captain. A period of time that gave me a real appreciation for the fine dining and the fun just eating out.
