Owner and Chef Pete has over 10 years experience cooking for 5 star hotels, and studying from abroad.
What makes Chef Pete unique, he enjoys cooking based on what is currently good/ fresh at the market. One can give an idea of your tastes ( fish, poultry, red meats etc … ), and he can specially tailor a custom menu for the night.
Chef Pete lives according to the IKIGAI motto, enjoy what you do first, and then the money will follow. In addition, he spends his off-time meeting and learning from other chefs, including traveling to other countries like Japan and Australia in an effort to discover new ideas and techniques about cooking.
