Chef Alexandre Demard

One of the most sought after Chefs in town, Alexandra is a distinguished decorated Chef from Le Cannet France. Best known for spearheading the X2 hotel Michelin seven (7) course menu, where he artfully crafted the famous French onion soup served with a foam whipped ice-cream mix together.  An intricate hot cold creation which earned him repeated accolades from many of the locals in town. An absolute masterpiece.   Today Alexandra or “Alex” as he prefers to be called too,  can be found doing Chef’s table nights at the exclusive Howie’s HomeStay in Mae Rim.  A very private breathtaking resort designed by architect Bill Bensley, combines scenic beauty of Mae Rim while experiencing unique, carefully crafted and extraordinary dishes by Alex.
